Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking or being a passenger on a cruise with us, you accept these terms and conditions and they will form part of the contract between us.
Swimming
You may be given the opportunity to swim and snorkel in open sea during your cruise with us. If you choose to swim in open sea, you do so entirely at your own risk. We will assume that you are fit to swim and that you understand and accept the potential risks and dangers of doing so. We will not be liable for any accidents or injuries from swimming during the cruise. Your statutory rights are not affected. We do carry life jackets and lifebuoys for your safety.
Alcohol Consumption
Most of our cruises include unlimited drinks including alcoholic drinks. Please drink responsibly. If the crew are at any point concerned about your own safety or the safety of others on board, we reserve the right to refuse to serve you alcoholic drinks.
Complying with Crew Instructions
Our crew are friendly and fun, but the safety of everyone on board is their top priority. You must follow all crew instructions. If you do not follow crew instructions, you will be sent back to shore as soon as possible and you will not be refunded.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by email from [email protected]. If your booking is a private charter, we may ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation. If you cancel or do not show up at the agreed time and date, we reserve the right to retain the deposit. If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit will be returned to you in full.
Cancellation due to Sea or Weather Conditions
The safety of our passengers and crew is always our top priority. Our cruises are subject to suitable sea and weather conditions. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your cruise, we will inform you as early as possible and do our best to rebook you on another date. If you have paid a deposit, it will be returned to you in full.
Change of Itinerary
We always do our best to make sure you have the cruise you expect. However, in rare situations we may need to change our itinerary due to sea or weather conditions, possibly at short notice. We will try to give you the best cruise possible, but we reserve the right not to issue refunds in these circumstances.
Privacy Policy
We collect and store only the personal information that you provide on the contact form. Those details are stored within a Gmail email account which is accessible only by authorised members of staff and is used for the sole purpose of arranging and confirming your booking. We will not use your contact details for marketing purposes and our website doesn’t use any cookies. If you would like us to delete your details at any time, please contact us.
